Write down who is moving, your passport nationality, how long you hope to stay and how you will support yourself. Use those facts to compare the routes, then confirm the correct procedure.

Identify records that must come from other countries and ask about validity, certification and translation requirements. Work backward from a realistic appointment and travel plan.
